Let me explain some things. The day I came in was not a holiday, there were no customers inside currently waiting for something custom. It was a week day, afternoon, not even a Friday, Saturday, and or Sunday. It was a Tuesday mid afternoon like 3 pm. Everything was fully stocked and out on display. All these details are important because there was no excuseβ¦ no excuse for the service we did not receive. We walked in, excited to buy some chocolates in display. There was 4β¦ 4 available employees behind the counter. Not one single employee greeted us. We stood there for over 10-15 minutes waiting for one of them to just simply acknowledge us. Iβve worked customer service jobs and I know how tiring it could be especially on busy days and difficult customers. But to ignore us was crazy work. Iβm not asking for them to chat with us, just to ask what we like and charge us for it. But no, they were prioritizing mundane work like washing dishes, and or making more candy apples despite the fact that the display box was filled the max. My order would have been like 5 minute interaction max. But nothing, all of them saw us and looked at us and then proceeded to ignore us. I even called out βe

I have no issues with this company overall but wow is that Dubai chocolate bar awful. Way too much chocolate to filling and it tastes like a super overpriced nestle crunch bar. Regret buying that big time. Not worth it. To your response: mine personally had too much dark chocolate and it completely overpowered everything else. I couldn't even taste a hint of pistachio unfortunately. It's really good tasting chocolate, but it didn't need to be a 15$ purchase for really good dark chocolate.

Yesterday my kids and I went to the Victoria Gardens Location I purchased 2 Dubai Chocolate Bars and One Square paid a total of 65.85 and my son grabbed one of the 3 took a quick bite he quickly spit it out because he felt and tasted metal then to find out there was a small metal screw in the chocolate imagine my two year old would have taken that bite I even have a video I will not be going there anymore for my kids safety parents please check before letting the kids eat it I am still In shock and traumatized thinking about it . I hope the are more careful because imagine a small toddler taking one bite of the chocolate and this happens letβs not even get into that price very expensive for what not even careful enough about safety I have a full video of this

Very good chocolates. Our favorite go-to here in RC. Pecan Log, Chocolate Fudge (all, esp. walnut), Trufles and Rocky Road Apple Pie are superb. A little pricey but worth it. Service is good, not great.

My favorite drink is the Dark Chocolate Iced coffee from Coffee bean that was discontinued. Just to get an idea of what I'm basing it off. The drink I always get is the Java Chip, with extra Java chips with chocolate syrup! It definitely hits the spot, even though it's not dark chocolate. I come here regularly on Sundays at 820pm. Pretty much when they see me or when someone states my name will already know how to make the drink I'm recommending. Only if they had chocolate whip, I think it would be sweet! Also get the straw from the Boba stand as they are thick enough to enjoy the sweetness! They have a great and friendly staff! Update Recently they will start charging an extra $3 for the way I enjoy my Java drink which I will just have to go with their regular one they offer. My opinion, it's not worth $8.50 for the way I get it.
